How do I pay?
Via Ziina with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Plans do not auto-renew; we email you before yours ends.
How many devices?
Pro: 2 devices. Ultimate: 5. You can remove a device from your account and add another.
What is a login code?
Your account page gives you a short code valid for 10 minutes. Type it in the app to sign in without your password.
I have a gift or invite code. Where do I use it?
In "Redeem a code" on your account page, or when you sign up.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests within 7 days of the first payment via support.
